Tiger Woods’ new apparel company, Sun Day Red, is in a dispute with Tigeraire over their logo. Tigeraire is a company that makes cooling products for athletes.

Last week, Tigeraire filed a notice of opposition with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The notice claimed that Tiger Woods’ company “unlawfully hijacked” their design. Sun Day Red responded by suing Tigeraire and accused them of trying to capitalize off Sun Day Red’s status as a bigger brand.
